Helping Children Do Well in School.Czech and Slovak parents in Ennis requested support on how to help their children to do well in school. A small booklet in English/Slovak and English/Czech  which is local to the Ennis area was developed and translated. An English only version is now available to use with other parents new to Ireland. Children in a local primary and second level contributed art work. These are available on clarefamilylearning.org website or click on the live links above.

Pave Point have produced a DVD called Pavee Parents Post Primary Concerns. A resource for parents, students, teachers, trainers and policy makers.This is useful for parent groups who have children moving to second level. It costs 5 euro including postage. Fact sheets for 25 Junior Certificate subjects are available to download from the NCCA website. These are a useful resource for parents of 6th class pupils getting ready for second level or for those learning English finding out about school in Ireland.
